This is my second time using Webster's, and this time they pretty much had to save me from my own incompetence. After very poor planning on my part, they pulled it together and got me moved, and were professional and courteous as they did so. They even referred a cleaning person who was just as helpful. Good business relationships are valuable, will be using them again.

Matt was very responsive and answered all emails and phone calls that we made. Ruben and his crew were very professional and hilarious. We were referred to Webster moving by my brother. The quote came back reasonable so we decided to MOVE forward with them. This might have been the best recommendation my brother has ever made. Ruben, Matt and Andrew showed up at the scheduled time, and went straight to work. They were very courteous, and efficient. We moved out of our 1 story house, and into a 2 story house. Moving out felt very standard, but it was when we got to the new house that they impressed us. I felt bad asking them to move heavy couch up stairs, but did they complain?? absolutely not, they picked that thing up and marched right up the stairs while avoiding touching of any walls. They took the beds apart and reassembled them, (didn't even have any parts left over, like I would have if I had moved it myself.)In summary I have no intentions of moving again anytime soon, but if anyone that I know that asks if I know a good mover, they will be at the top of our list.

I was so amazed at how well my move went. Rich and Ronnie are the hardest working young men I’ve ever seen and proficient at what they do. I can’t even begin to say enough good things about Webster & Co. Moving. They were more than just movers. They helped me through one of the most difficult days of my life and were so incredibly patient and supportive.I’d filed for a divorce from an abusive narcissist in January, left at a moment’s notice with only what I could fit in my tiny car and lived in my at my current residence for a month with just those things and an air bed. My next door neighbor moved in about a week later and was using Webster & Co. I asked him how he liked them and he gave a glowing review saying it was the second time he’d used them, so I asked for their card.My attorneys were finally able to arrange for me to collect some of my furnishings and other belongings. Michael (owner) was so patient through the process as my ex’s attorney caused me to have to cancel and reschedule my move a couple of times, once at the last minute on the Friday night before my Monday move. Michael was so understanding and happily rescheduled with me. I gave him fair warning that his guys could be walking into a very volatile situation and that I wouldn’t be in the house alone with my husband. He sent Ruben, Andrew, Matt and Josh. I could not have asked for a more efficient and supportive crew. Right off the bat when we met in my driveway they told me “We’re not just your movers today, we’re your security detail too and if you need anything, just say.” Then asked if I was ready, did I want to walk in first or with them (with them please!) and in we went. Luckily things remained peaceful and my ex was reasonably kind to them. Nonetheless, throughout the day, each and every one checked up on me asking if I was doing OK, did I need anything and to let them know if I did. I felt so secure with them there. Not only that, these guys were FAST! So efficient and everything was so carefully packed and labeled. Plus these guys climbed countless flights of stairs that day between two flights at my house and three at my current residence but they didn’t stop. They got me out of my house as quickly as they could and on to my new life.I can’t thank Michael, Ruben, Andrew, Matt and Josh enough. They made what could have been a really awful day unfold in the best way possible. We’re listing our house July 1st and I’ll soon be moving the remainder of my furnishings which are currently being used to stage the house. I’ve already been in touch with Michael and have requested the same crew. I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m so grateful to have had them as a part of my new chapter.Thanks guys. You’re pretty darn special.

What can I say these guys were great! We hired movers to move in our rental a year ago and they put a hole in our wall when trying to maneuver our couch. But these guys not even a scratch on the wall. Andrew, Ruben & Matt are a great team and they kept us laughing. Very Courteous! They took apart our furniture (beds cribs etc) and resembled after. Although they were late from their previous move job they made up for it with how well they did. The only thing I recommend is to have courteous call the day of or before to confirm appointment/move time. I had to contact them to make sure we were still on. All in All great company highly recommendd

This was my first experience using a moving company and I can’t say enough good things about this company. I’m kind of a serial mover, so I have a number of experiences with moving companies. This one ranks right at the top! They were incredibly skilled and proficient. They hoisted multiple large pieces over my balcony because they wouldn’t fit down the stairs. And they did it with impressive skill and were very careful. They also went above and beyond in lots of small ways. And the price was TOTALLY worth it. Will use them again for my next move.

We chose Webster and Co due to a recommendation from a friend who does paint work for us. We had less than a week to find a mover after we decided to put our house on the lease market and wanted to get it on by 8/1. Webster was happy to accommodate and got us in within just a couple of days. Matt and Rich were who helped us and they were magicians. Or house was on a steep driveway with stairs to get inside and 2 stories. The guys were super efficient in getting things in and out setting up a ramp and using dolly's wherever they could. They were super helpful, covered everything that needed and made impossible to get around corners and doors seem like they were nothing. I can't say enough good about these guys.

One of my buyers just moved locally and used Webster & Company. They have rave things to say about this company. Even though the closing was delayed several hours, Webster Moving was understanding of the last minute change in schedule and did not charge the client for the change. This seems so rare to me in today's moving business. It seems every little thing is a last minute charge for movers and finding a good moving company who does not over-charge, does not damage your furniture and does not find hundreds of dollars of hidden charges the day of the move is something that I have yet to find. I trust that my clients were right in their assessment of this company and I have added Webster to a short list of recommended suppliers to my clients. Thank you for taking care of RL&DL this week.

Best moving experience I've had. I've dealt with 4 moving companies over the past 4 years. One stunk; 2 were okay; one was great! The great one was Webster. The 2 guys that moved us were friendly. They took our sectional apart and back together in the new house. They removed a gate/door in order to fit our stuff upstairs and promptly screwed it back in place at the end of the move. There were a number of other kind things they consistently asked if we needed. Overall, we felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend them.

Moving can be a tough road, so having great movers is important to help lessen the overall stress and I always choose Webster & Co. and with my favorite mover, Rich! I request Rich each time.
